Does your dog go from 0 to 100 the moment something exciting happens? Whether it’s jumping on guests, barking at distractions, pulling on leash, or stealing food off the counter, you’re not alone – and this class is here to help.
We’ll focus on teaching your dog how to think before they act—not just wait for commands. You’ll learn to build true self-control that lasts beyond the classroom.
🐶 In this workshop, we’ll cover:
✔️ The difference between self-control and implied control
✔️ Reward-based exercises to teach your dog how to pause, settle, and make better choices
✔️ Managing overstimulation and frustration
✔️ Reducing impulsive behaviors like barking, lunging, jumping, or stealing
✔️ Building calm behavior around distractions like people, dogs, food, and toys
👀 This workshop is great for dogs who:
– Get overstimulated or excited easily
– Have trouble with impulse control
– Struggle to apply their training in real-life situations
– Need better manners at home or in public spaces
Whether your dog’s wild at the door or can’t resist chasing squirrels, this class gives you the tools to turn chaos into calm—without yelling, yanking, or constant reminders.
Let’s build better behavior together – one thoughtful choice at a time!
