We are excited to announce the launch of our NEW online client portal and scheduling system! With this new system, you will be able to access your pets account to schedule your own appointments, upload vaccinations, etc.
Online booking is REQUIRED for all boarding and daycare appointments. Appointments can be scheduled in far advance or the night before but advanced notice is highly recommended as spots fill up very quickly. The purpose of the online portal is so that we can know in advance how many dogs we are expecting on any given day and plan the day and our staff accordingly to continue to give your dogs the exemplary care we always have. If you do not book appointments in advance and choose to just show up, there is a very strong likelihood that we will not be able to accommodate your dog.
Please be advised; if you are a NEW daycare client you must speak to a Customer Care Representative before booking your first day evaluation. You can create an account and someone will reach out to you to schedule your dog’s first day or you can call or email our front desk.
Creating an Online Account:
Please follow the link below to create your online account. You can also find the link to the online portal on our website. Be advised; when you book your first appointment, you will be prompted to enter your dog’s vaccination information; regardless of if we already have it on file. Once it is entered and approved, you will not be prompted to reenter it until it has expired.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Will it ask for my vaccine information every time I book? NO. Once your vaccine information has been entered and approved by us, it will not ask you to reenter that information until it has expired. Please bear with us – we are working to approve everyone’s vaccine information as quickly as we can. Even if you believe we already have your vaccine information on file, please enter it again as it will speed up this process. If you do not have up-to-date vaccines, DO NOT BOOK until you can provide us with current and up to date vaccines.
- Can I book more than one daycare day at a time? As of right now, you can only book one day at a time. You can create as many appointments as you want in advance, but you have to create an appointment for each day individually. We have reached out to the software company to see if that can be changed in the future.
- Can I continue to just show up in the morning for daycare? Unfortunately, no. Starting July 1st, online registration will be required for all daycare appointments. We can only accept a limited amount of dogs for daycare and boarding each day. If you don’t want to book appointments in advance, that’s fine. You can create an appointment online the morning you’d like to drop off, you just run the risk of our schedule being full. If there is still space available, your appointment will be booked. If we are full for the day, you will receive a notice saying your dog has been placed on the waitlist for the day.
