They not only actively compete at a high level in the venues that they teach, but in other venues as well, and they bring skills from all of their venues into their training philosophy. Their knowledge and expertise is tried and true. Our instructors have a strong foundation of academics and theoretical knowledge to support solid handling skills and mechanics gained through years of experience. They continually work at honing their skills because they love what they do! They actively further their education through courses, seminars and educational conferences. They are devoted to helping their students master their training goals and create a strong relationship with their dogs. The philosophy at Performance Plus is that training your dog is FUN, REWARDING and EFFECTIVE for both ends of the leash, and one can achieve this by applying the principles of positive reinforcement correctly.
