First and foremost, thank you for your continued support and for trusting us with your dogs. We truly appreciate the opportunity to care for your pets and are grateful for the relationships we’ve built with so many of you over the years.
We are writing to let you know that effective July 1, 2026, our boarding rate will increase by $3 per night, bringing the nightly boarding rate to $63. While the cost of operating our facility has continued to rise, we have worked hard to keep our boarding prices stable and have not increased our boarding rates in over three years.
This adjustment is necessary to help offset rising costs while allowing us to continue providing the high level of care, staffing, facility maintenance, and individual attention that your dogs receive during their stay with us. Our goal has always been to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every dog in our care, and this change will help ensure we can continue to do so.
Even with this increase, our boarding rates will remain below the industry average for comparable facilities in our area. We remain committed to offering exceptional value while maintaining the quality of care, experienced staff, and personalized attention that set Performance Plus K9 apart.
We understand that price increases are never ideal, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this necessary adjustment. We remain committed to providing the exceptional boarding, daycare, grooming, and training services that you have come to expect from us.
